Cannot submit form with attachment

    Hello,

    We have an issue that began this morning where our team cannot submit a form if there is an attachment uploaded. Once we remove the attachment, everything works just fine.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble submitting the form with attachments. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    Are you getting an error message when you hit the submit button or does the screen freeze? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of the error after submitting the form and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Also, I noticed that the form has form submissions already which means the form works properly before. Are you uploading the same type of file as when the form is not having any issues? I checked the form and there should be no problem submitting the form with the attachment. Even the conditions added should not affect how the form was submitted.

    I cloned your form and ran a test submission to see if I can replicate the error. Check out the screencast below:

    As shown on the screencast above, I was able to submit the form without any issues. I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on how to clear your form cache. I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using most of the time.
