What is the difference between the "100 monthly submissions" and "10 SSL submissions" I got a notification that I've almost reached my 10?

    Hi Erica,

Our free plan has a limit of 100 regular submissions, 10 SSL submissions and 10 Payment submissions. Once any limit is reached on the account, your forms will be disabled.

You can enable your form by upgrading your account through our pricing page: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. If you choose not to upgrade, your forms will enable when your monthly limits resets on the 1st of each month.

Regular, submissions are any submissions that do not use a secure form, or collect payment. SSL submissions are secure submissions that are encrypted. If you do not need to have your form secure, you can use the non-secure forms.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
