We have a team of 6 trainers plus 1 admin support person who need to access responses. How do sub-user accounts work? Are they each able to log onto the same account in jot form and see their forms. In adobe forms central I am able to tell which responses are new and which ones I've already read will I be able to do that with Jot form?If a sub user deletes a submission is it gone for all the sub users? Is there a way to archive submissions once they have been read/downloaded and if one user archives them are they archived for all users.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. It will help us make our decision on which solution to replace adobe forms central with.

The way sub-user accounts work is that you can allow each of them to:
1. only see submissions
2. are only able to modify the jotforms
3. can see submissions and modify the jotforms
This is not all however. You can set these permissions to a folder or to a certain number of jotforms or simply all of them and you can mix the permissions on a folder/jotform level allowing you to (for example) allow one folder to be edited by sub-user 1 and for all of the other folder to see submissions as well.
You can see more about this here: How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User
As we can assist to only 1 issue / question per thread I have moved your other questions to new threads.
