This feature is very needed. It shouldn't be difficult to enable synchronisation with Google calendar or something. When slots are taken, they are taken.

    Hi Agz,

To confirm, you would like to have your form integrated with Google Calendar, so that you are able to block out days that have already been selected by other users?

If that is the case, we have a Date Reservation Widget that will allow you at achieve that function.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

Thank you for your response Shadae. Really appreciate it.

Is there a way to reserve hours lots within the day, rather than the entire the day?

For example, an appointment booked on a specific day for 2 hours.

    Regards

    Agz

    Hi Agz,

It is not possible to do that using the Date Reservation Widget. You can however use our Multiselect Grid

You can set dates and times on a grid, you can also enable it so that only one user can select a specific slot.

You can view a sample form here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50347343564960

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Hi Tom,

Unfortunately, we don't have any integration to sync the reservation data from the submissions to Google Chrome. The mentioned widgets on the previous posts are only collecting the reservation data only. Now, I'm going to open a feature request for this one and our will now about this demand; but I can't promise any exact date for release.

To beat this issue, there is only one and complicated way exists. Google Calendar provides an API that can be interfaced with POST data sent by your forms with every submission.

When there is an update for this feature, you will be informed from this thread and by email.

    Thanks.
