Why my account is scheduled to be downgraded?

I am very confused. I am on a monthly plan and paying at the bronze level. I have a notification in dashboard saying the account will be downgraded on saturday. can you pls correct this so that the account auto-renews. I am also supposed to get the not for profit pricing. I have attached our certificate.

why was the autorenewal canceled? Can't you just upgrade it for me?

i MUST upgrade this today. I have a few active forms that are accepting payments and can't afford downtime.

i was able to upgrade. I just need to get the not for profit pricing pls.
