We have custom signup forms on our Wordpress site & we use them to send subscribers to Mailchimp. We want to use multiple signup forms to point to a single Mailchimp list. We basically want to know if JotForm can be used as an intermediary between our custom forms and Mailchimp, so that we can send subscribers to specific Mailchimp groups within a single list.Page URL:

Yes, that is possible. We have Mailchimp Integration too.

Thank you very much for your response! We are familiar with this article on the Mailchimp Integration side. Do you have a link to an article that can instruct us on how to integrate JotForms with our custom signup forms on our Wordpress site?
We want JotForms to essentially serve as an intermediary between Mailchimp and our custom forms to effectively forward all subscribers into specific groups within a single Mailchimp list.

I'm sorry, I thought you wanted to create a Jotform form and integrate it with Mailchimp.
Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that would allow you to accomplish that. Our integration is only available for forms created using our form builder.
You may consider replacing your custom form with a Jotform form. Our forms are customizable so I'm sure you can create the same style from your custom signup form in Jotform.
