Why are my conditions not working properly?

I am setting in conditions for directing to pages based on an answer, and they are either coming up NULL or directing to the wrong page. I ended up testing each page individually to see where they go, and have had to put in a bunch of false pages to get things to point to the correct page.

The issue is, why can't things just point to the correct pages? I have had to get rid of a lot of options in order to pair the form down to bare bones, and this is not how I ideally want my form to look. I am also paying for this service, but am considering going elsewhere if this issue is going to be continual.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check the conditions you have added in your form and did not find any issue with that. You have only 3 condition and they all seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
