Cannot see jotform on the web page - only code is shownAsked by moscovite on January 26, 2015 at 02:05 AM
Hello team - I am at the last stage of my web site (I hope) trying to embed my jotform contact and payment form (Pay Pal is configured) to the Order page of the site but when I copy the form code onto the page I just see the code not the form.
Using IM Creator website I have also tried using their Add a Widget>Jotform builder method but cannot paste the code anywhere as the widget box is not 'live' but only tells me to go to jotform and create a form! So round we go again.
I have been 1 week on this now; read the manual, seen the video....and still cannot complete this final step to start trading (once published of course).......thanks for any help
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues Mike. You did mention that you have tried adding widget, but I hope that you will not mind me asking you to try the steps shown here: http://www.imcreator.com/howto/adding-contact-form
Do let us know how it goes.
