How can I import my PDF form from my computer to the site?

    Also, is it possible to add areas for signature, initials and printing?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to import automatically PDF forms to Jotform, but you can search our free template gallery to try to find a suitable template that you can further adjust to your needs:

    If you don't find a template that suits your needs probably it will be necessary to create the form from scratch. But let us know more details on your form so we can be of more assistance.
