Why am I not seeing the full lists of available templates any more?

    Hi there

    I have been trying to set up some forms for insertion into my website

    when I first started using jotform, it was showing me lots and lots of templates

    now when I click on templates I am only seeing a fraction of the number of templates in that category

    Is there a particular reason for this?

    Hi Michelle,

    You mean our Form Template Gallery: http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/, right? If yes, for what category? 

    We have not deleted any form template but note that our form template gallery is also composed of a shared forms from our users. If they opted to unshare the form, we cannot stop them from doing so because that's their form(s).

    Hi there, yes I am meaning on the form template gallery, I was able to click on any category and see lots of templates (ie all of them in each category) which is hundreds, now it doesn't matter which category I click on, I am only seeing 5 rows of four templates across, and then no more load?

    If these were all shared forms then suddenley they have all become unshared at the same time?

    Is there a limited time in which a new member is allowed to view shared forms?

    Hi Michelle,

    You probably have some issues loading the rest of the templates. First 5 rows or first 20 templates per category and initially loaded and the rest are only loaded when you scroll down.

    -We don't know of the statistics of our form template gallery, but if you can't see the specific template then most likely the user have unshared it.

     

    Is there a limited time in which a new member is allowed to view shared forms?

    -None. You should be able to view the form template gallery even when using a guest account.

    Kindly try it again, use some other browsers if you can't load it with your current one. Also, try to clear your browsers cache and cookies for Jotform. That should do it.
