    Hi,

I see that your form is embedded on a website, could you please share us the URL of where it is being displayed?

It seems though the fonts are the same with the preview with the direct form's URL. You could also check this guide that we have regarding Google Fonts: http://www.jotform.com/help/100-Beautify-your-Form-with-Google-Web-Fonts.

I've cloned your form and used the default "Open Sans" design in the Form Designer's Font section. Here's the form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50255182431952. Is this the correct font that should be displayed?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

The fonts in the form look ok on the website when viewed on desktop and notebook. But on Samsung
Tablet and S4 mobile, the fonts become too small.

Please try re-embedding the form on the website using its Iframe embed code.

I think their could be script conflict that is happening between the existing scripts on the website versus the form.

    Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.
