    We didnt receive our Reservation Form from our customers ! Second question for that !

    Hello Folks,

    i contact you a second time with this problem, we didnt receive a lot of our reservation from our customers. Normally we get an E-Mail with the reservation, but we didt get anything ! Online i can see the reservation, when i testet the form by sending an test e-mail i get it every tim without problems. So what is wrong ?

    Hello Dennis,

    Upon checking, I found that one of my colleague have already responded to you on the following thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/501916-We-didnt-receive-E-Mail-Reservations-from-our-customers 

    Please let us know the form with which you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form "Thule Pacific 500 - 290 Liter" and did not find any issue with that. The notification email alert you have seems to be configured correctly. Your email address info@berlintrailer.de is also not in our bounce list as well. You should be receiving the submission emails normally.

    I also checked our email logs as well and the submission emails were sent successfully. You may like to check your "Email History" as well. 

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. Please be noted that you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You should actually add a "Custom Sender" email in your account. The following guides should help you:
