The widget to integrate forms to infusionsoft is not working. Is there a way to fix it? thanks

Sorry about any inconvenience this might be causing at this time. I am not sure which form it is that you are having problems with. Please share the link so we can assist further.
As a test for this issue, I have taken the initiative to reset your form cache. I would also recommend clearing your browser cache to see if the integration will work afterwards. Do let us know the outcome. We are looking forward to your response.

I did not include the form because it is not working on all forms and on any computer. I just checked again with the reset cache and still not working..

Could you please provide more details about the issue you're having with the integration? Do you see an error message? Or the submitted data is not being captured anymore?
Have you tried using Zapier integration: https://zapier.com/zapbook/infusionsoft/jotform/ just to confirm if there's something happening on Zapier's side.
