Users getting 404 error

    Hello Josh,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if the users are having a 404 error message when they fill out your form. Unfortunately, we do not have live phone support to assist you. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    May I know how you shared the form with them or how did you invite them to fill out your form? If you invite the users thru Quick Share or Assign Form, they are required to sign up/log into a Jotform account before filling out your form. they will get the 404 error message if they visit the form without a Jotform account.

    You can invite users through Share on Email, this will let them access the form anytime and without a Jotform account. Check out the screencast below on how you can invite users thru Share on Email:
