How to update payment method in my account

We have a problem... Our payment for Jotform for our Bronze account which is on a non-profit plan was processed through PayPal today. I was unaware it was taken out of PP and there is no money there. We need to change the payment method, but the only option I am being given is PayPal. Please contact me so I can give you a debit card from which to pay for Jotform. We no longer want to use PayPal for anything. Their fees are too high.

EDIT: I watched the video on how to cancel this payment through PP, but on PP, it shows the money already taken, but does not match up on the Jotform end. Help please, what do I do?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We were unable to charge your PayPal account. It shows a pending status on our end. If you were charged from your PayPal account then PayPal will complete the refund process. I have canceled your PayPal subscription so you can upgrade your account from your Billing page using the credit card.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thank you. I just put in my own credit card. I will now see what I have to do to put in a debit card from our club's bank account.

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that the payment for your subscription already went through. Please see your invoice here. You can also check this in your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Then, click on the Upgrade tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
