I recommend that you try to adjust it.
But the problem I found
When I select the image,
It is even less information is being uploaded.
Makes me wonder and customers
The image is uploaded yet?
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on January 26, 2015 at 05:22 PM
I can see that you have set 5MB as the Max File Size allowed.
Please understand that the limit is set at 5MB..meaning all the multiple uploaded files combined file size should be only up to 5MB. It is NOT 5MB for each file.. it is the total file size allowed.
Let us know if you there are still issue.
It will also help if you can provide more clarity on your inquiry as I may have misunderstood it also.

Sorry I'm not good at English.
But the pictures, I try to upload 4 images. (792 KB)
Total file size is less than 5 MB.
It also can not upload?

Thank you for the clarification.
I was able to reproduced the issue on your jotform http://www.jotform.com/43494323046453
When I tried using the upload field, I could not use it. The upload field is not interactive.
BUT when I made a test using a copy of your form, it work just fine on my test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50261579393966?
I was able to upload 4 picture files that total to less than the max 5MB allowed.
I was able to trace the cause of issue to be the translation tool in the form. I removed it on my test form and it was able to work properly.
Can you please try this option for now
#1. Clone your form http://www.jotform.com/43494323046453 to your account.
#2 Use the cloned version and remove the multi-language tool on the form and save the form.
#3 Test the Upload field on the form. Check if the multi-upload field now allows uploading multiple file in sequence.
Let us know the result of the test and the URL of the cloned form version so that we can also test on our side.

I do not want to solve the problem by cloning the form.
Because I want to collect all the data into Excel at once.
I do not want to have more than one form.
I try to upload a way to clone systems.
It does not fix the problem.
However, I want the developers to fix this problem for me as soon as possible.
The customer must fill out a form, I started having more and more.
This could be the end of upload space 10 GB.

As my colleague have confirmed that the issue seems to be caused because of the language translation tool. Since you do not want to use the cloned form, the only option is to remove the translation option from your form.
Let me report this issue to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

I just made tests uploading a set of images above 5mb and I was able to submit it. Can you please do another test and see if the problem still exists?
