for some reason i am getting form submissions sporadically, submissions from this morning are now being emailed to the sender and the auto reply.
i can see them on the site but not receiving anything via email to the sender/recipient for hours later if at all

The problem with your form is that it has a custom sender email using your SMTP settings
To resolve the problem I've changed this to noreply@formresponse.com
You might also try this workaround if you still need to use your custom sender email.

it was working with that stmp sender and using sales agent as reply emails as well until today at 10:30 am CST though?

For some reason, SMTP servers might start rejecting to send emails signed by our servers. That's why I've indicated the other workaround in case you want to keep using that sending email address.
