Asking for the 50% discount

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I guess you're referring to our 50% Welcome discount. Our Welcome Campaign is exclusively available for 24 hours right after you create a new Jotform account. Also, the 50% discount offer is for yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions only, not monthly. If you upgrade to monthly, it would be at the full price.

If you're referring to the 50% Non-Profit discount, you need to apply to it by filling out the form. After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed. You will get a confirmation in the email address that you have provided in the application form within 24 to 48 hours
