How to populate form from previous answers?

Hello

I need to create a multi-section form that more advanced sections are populated by previous ones.

its for a sociological study so i kinda need the answer they wrote themselves, and for them not to be able to change them.

for example:

in question A in section one needs to write 10 different attributes of a social group. so there would be a prompt and ten empty fields.

in section C question A he needs to to rate on a scale his identification with said attributes. 

for example "john" wrote in the first question "clean", "fast", "neurotic", "dumb" etc...

now i need "clean" to appear next to a scale in section C and below it "neurotic" with its scale etc...

Is there a way to enter the answers in anyway, text field, question prompt etc... later in the form?
