This comes back as over quota. Have we reached a number that requires us to pay?
I checked all the other forms we have created and now they all say over quota.
What procedure do we need to follow?

I've checked your account now and it seems that there is no issue with the account. I've also tried submitting your JotForm and I was able to submit it without any issues.
