I Am Not Receiving My Test Forms

    2. I submitted three or four test submission but none of them came through. I did receive the confirmation e-mail upon completing the fields and clicking the Submit button. The actual submission still did not show up.

    I see that you have setup 2 notifications and 1 autoresponder. May I know if you are still having problems on it? I see that everything seems to be setup correctly, if you have tested your form by filling it out and clicking submit you should receive an email notification.

    If not, there might be problems with the email service provider that you have, you might want to contact them or check your hosting site to Whitelist our JotMail IP addresses. Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
