How to Embed JotForm in Email Link

    I'm having trouble generating a link to the form to send in an email.

     

    -When I click on embed form in the edit area nothing happens - the form just saves.

    -When I click on source code I get the follwing: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.co/jsform/50257159065860"></script>

    -In the my forms view i get the same code above if i click embed form

    Can I just obtain a URL for sending via email?

     

    Also, I've tried embedding the above link into (as that is our "website") Confluence but doesn't seem to work, are they compatible?

     

    Please help!!
