I'm not receiving notification email?

    This happens frequently. What can I do to ensure that all form submissions are emailed to me?

    Hello zooreturns,

    Please let us know the form with which you are having this issue with. 

    I did check your last edited form and found that your email address sheri@sheriallison.com ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: sheri@sheriallison.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : hard-bounce

    I have removed your email address from bounce list and it should be working fine now. Do test your form by sending a test submission and see if you receive the submission emails.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists or you are not receiving submission emails to other email address.
