User confirms that form was submitted but the submission is not captured and I have not received the notification as well.

    My client says she completed her form about 40 minutes ago, but I have not received an email or a submission in my Jotform account.


    Our meeting is tomorrow afternoon and I need this information ASAP.  If I can't count on receiving client's submissions I can't continue to use Jotform.

    Hello meganschreurs,

    I did check your form "Senior Session Questionnaire" and it seems you have not received any submissions in this form. Have you deleted any submission already? I also checked our email logs and there is no trace of submission emails being sent from this form. In most likely case the form was not submitted by your user. Please ask your user to find our with which browser they submitted the form and we will take a look.

    I did test your embedded form by sending a test submission and it seems to work fine. The submissions was captured successfully in your form's submission page. I would suggest you to ask your user to submit the form again.
