If all the *Required fields on the form are already filled in, and the Submit button is the last remaining field -- it possible to submit the form using the Enter/key.. as if the Submit button had been clicked/used.

To prevent this action sequence, you can add a required or mandatory field near the last or submit button.. the user will need to fulfill first the last required question before they can submit the form.

If a required field is not filled-in/answered, the form will not submit even if you press enter/key .

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
