For confidentiality purpose, we need to be sure that data are not kept on your servers. This is requested by french law (CNIL) in France when you have collected confidential personal data. We have to prove that these datas are not stored anymore on all servers where they have been.
I'm looking forward to reading your answer.

We don't keep any data if the user decided not to store it to our servers. That means that as soon as you delete your form and its data, we don't keep any backup of it. It's a final and unrecoverable so we suggest users to always keep their own backup if they decided to delete forms/data from their accounts.
