What happens with the submitted data?

Asked by Cornelius  on January 27, 2015 at 06:50 AM

    Hi

I am interested in your product, but to implement it as a service on my own DNS. (white labelled). I however need to be able to store submitted data into a database. What do you currently do with submitted data or what data submit handling options do you have available?

    Thanks in advance...

    Hi Cornelius,

I am glad you have taken an interest in out services. When submissions are made via forms created on our platform it is stored on our server for future reference until the user deletes the information. These submissions can be used to generate reports that can be downloaded as PDF, CSV or regular Excel files. A copy of each submission is sent to the creator of the form as soon as the submission is made also.

If you would like to store submitted data into your database you can reference this guide which will outline all that you need to know when linking your form to a SQL Database. You can also take advantage of our Webhook integration which serves the similar purpose.

As mentioned above, you can export your submission reports in Excel or CSV file format and import the entries in your database. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.

    Cheers!
    Sean
