    hi guys!

I have a quick question. I created forms for a client of mine and shared them with him so that he could amend and create his own based on them. But can I delete these now without deleting his? I don't need to see all the cloned forms he is making, but they are showing up on my account.

    thanks!

    Hi Louise,

What we can do is that we can transfer that form to your client instead of deleting it. The data or submissions on that form will also be moved to the client. You can check this guide to learn more about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

I believe if you delete a form that you created and shared to someone, it will also be deleted in their end, in my personal knowledge though. I recommend that you remove the shared form to your client and request it to us to move that form/s to their side.

To request to move a form including its submissions, log in to the account where the form is created or has ownership, reply or open a new thread here in the forum and state that you would like to move the following forms to {target username of client}.

If you are seeing forms shared to you, I believe that that user made you as a sub-account user for his/her forms, you need to contact them to un-share or remove the shared forms to you.

Let us know if you need more assistance on this.

    Thank you.
