    The submit button does not appear at all when viewed on a mobile device

    Hi - hoping you can tell me what I'm doing wrong.  I've created a form with a submit button, and it seems to appear just fine when viewed on a Mac or PC and on different browsers, but the button does not appear at all when viewed on a mobile device.  I've tried to shorten the form, change the font size, etc., but to no avail.

    Hi pjwcanada,

    I was able to replicate the issue that you are experiencing when viewing your form from a mobile device.

    There however is no issue when viewing the direct form from a mobile device. It appears that there is a conflict causing the submit button not to show when in mobile view.

    Please embed your form using the iFrame method to prevent conflicts with your website.

    Hi Shadae - thanks for your instructions.  I've tried this, but it has made no difference.  The same problem persists, making the form essentially useless to my clients who are not on a PC or Mac. 

    Is there anything else you can recommend?

    Use the iFrame embed codes then from the iFrame codes, change the height value until you'll see the submit button while viewing it using your mobile device:

    I hate to admit it, but I had pasted the new code incorrectly after Shadae's instruction.  It actually worked. You've both taught me something today.
