How to change from Facebook Login to Username/Password Login and changing the Email Address of an Account.

Hello!

I recently created a business email account and would like to link my Jotform account to it. Im having some difficulties since my account is linked to FB. I also went in to change my primary email in FB to this new business account but I’m still running into error messages.

Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you’re having problems switching from Facebook login to logging in using your business email account. I can help you with that.

• Let's reset the password of your account first. You can do this by going to the Jotform Login page and clicking the Forgot Password.

• Enter the email address of your account then click the Send Reset Instructions button.

• Check your email account for the password email reset then click the Reset Password button.

• Enter your account's new password then click the Create a New Password button. You can check out this guide on How to Reset Your Jotform Password.

• Once you are done resetting your password, unlink your Jotform account from Facebook, you can check out this link for more information.

• Then we will change the email address of your account. You can do this by going to the Account section of your Account Profile. You can check out this guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address.
