    Buttons On The Secure Version Of Form Looks Different From That Of The Non Secure Form

    We are trying to embed a form onto our website and when we go to do this (and when I preview the iFrame) the next and back buttons are not appears as they should.


    This is the form that we are trying to embed using iFrame: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/43556496722969


    We have used iFrame for all of our other forms and have not had this issue.




    I just noticed that this is only happening when I select that this form is secure.  When I test the form without it being secure I get this: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43556496722969

    but when I test it when it is secure, the buttons change.

    Hello ICFforms,

    If I am not mistaken the issue that you are currently experiencing is that when your form is secure the Back and Next buttons looks different compared to a Non Secure Form? The reason why you are experiencing this is possibly a blocked placed on the stylesheet for your buttons. I have passed the information on to our L2 support team so that they can be aware of this issue and address it accordingly. As soon as there is an update this situation, you will be updated via this thread. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

    Thank you for your message.  I appreciate you passing it along.  This is exactly what the issue is.  Do you by chance have an ETA on this?  We are launching this form on January 31st on our website and although it is functioning now with the gray button, it is harder to see and doesn't tie into the website.

    Our colleague Sean had just submitted a bug ticket report to our higher team support.

    Unfortunately, we also do not have a time frame and ETA as to how soon this will be fixed.

    The ticketing system do follow a sequence and priority, so the ETA is not established yet.

    But we assure you that you will be immediately notified via this thread and on your email as soon as update on the status is avaiable.

    I am following up on this issue.  You can no longer see the submit button on the form and the signature widget is not working any longer:




    This is the form that is embedded in the site.  Please check this and do a test submission to see the errors that I am speaking about.  We are starting to get complaints from clients who are trying to submit this form.


    Please know that for now, so we can get these clients to submit their forms, I have made the signature field not required, so when you test it, it will not prompt you to go back and sign. However, you cannot sign in the box.

    Thank you for drawing this to our attention. It appears that you had a script glitch for both the submit button and the signature widget. I cloned your form and re-add those fields and it is now working fine.

    I see that you are using the iframe method. I would recommend you re-embed your form after cloning and adding those two fields again. 

    Here is my cloned form for testing:
