There may be an easy answer to this but I can't seem to find it in the forum or User Guide. When receiving an email notification, I'd like to know the page (URL) being referred to. For example we want to have a small feedback form at the bottom of every article of our online newsletter. Rather than have a separate form for every article, I'd like to have one form, but when someone provides feedback I need to know which article they're referring to (since eventually there'll be hundreds of pages). Is there a way to auto-populate a hidden field with the URL of the page? Or some other way?

Auto-population does not work on hidden fields currently but this is in our bug list. Thanks.
