We keep losing our incomplete applications.

    We keep losing our incomplete applications. I go in and view the incomplete applications on the form, but then later it becomes blank... for the person with the edit link and when I go back and view it again. This has happened multiple times, and I need to be able to view incomplete applications without losing the information.
    Please Help!!

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry that this is happening. I checked one of the incomplete submission on your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Can you provide us a screen recording where it becomes blank? Unfortunately, we cannot receive a file in our Support Forum. You can instead upload it in your Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud and share with us the URL of that file. Please do note that you may need to Public it so that we can view it right away.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
