Date selection restriction

If I want to have one form with multiple date selections and have the form stop taking submissions when a date selection reaches 25, but still show the other date options to choose from how would you do this?
For example, a meeting is happening with choices on April 17, April 18 , April 19. Once April 17th has 25 submissions that choice goes away, but 18th and 19th stays available.

    Hi Kass,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Gift Registry widget to disable unavailable time slots while others are available. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element + menu and click on the Widgets tab.
    • Enter Gift Registry in the search bar and select the widget.
    • In the Widget Settings menu that opens on the right side of the page, enter the dates and availability under the Items section.
    • Enter 1 in the Max Selection section to allow only one entry.
    • Click on Update Widget.

When the date isn't available it will be shown below and other options will still be available.

Give it a try and reach out again if you need more help.
