    How to get customers to attach/upload documents to survey.

    Hi I am trying to set up a form to use as an online nomination for a coaching course. People applying for the course need to submit a letter of support so I have included the file upload box in my survey. Unfortunately when I email the survey link out this field does not appear on the survey.

    Can you please let me know what I need to do to make this field work?

    You can't attach files to our email notification but you can include the download link of the uploaded file. You can follow the steps below.

    1. I added a file upload field in my sample form, you can also adjust the settings shown in the toolbar.

    2. Click the "Emails" and edit a notification.

    3. In the compose email window, make sure you are using the correct tags for the File upload field. You can add the value of the field by clicking the form field at the right. In my case, I click the "Letter of Support" field at the right and it gave me the tag {letterOf}, which will be the downloadable link of the file.
