Can I save as a PDF?

I'm not sure if I understand your question completely, are you referring on how to get the submissions in PDF format? Or are you looking on how to create a PDF version of the form? Anyways, you can check the following if they might be of a help.

1. If you would like to create a PDF version of the form, you can follow the screenshot below.

2. If you are looking to download PDF version of the submissions, you can follow the ones below.

Navigate to Submissions page of the specific form.

Inside the Submissions page, you can download PDF version of the submissions.

3. If you would like to add a PDF version of the submission in an email notification you can do that by:

Navigating to the "Emails" on the toolbar, click a notification to edit or add one if you like.

Inside the "Compose Email" window, add the {pdf-link} by clicking the form field at the right.
