Form not displaying on mobile devices.

    Hi there,

     

    I have embedded my form into my Muse built website. The form appears on the desktop site but not on and iPhone or iPad. I have not tested on other devices as of yet.

    Perhaps I embedded the wrong code or am missing something.

    Hi,

    It's not displaying using OS devices, but looks fine when checking it using Android devices, tablet and mobile. I think the problem is in your Muse settings. Kindly check and make sure that you have enabled the access to the content of the page.

    I would also suggest contacting Muse support about it.
