    Hello wilma4ever,

I did check both the form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. Your email address admin@wilma4ever.com is not in our bounce list as well. You should be receiving the submission emails without any problem.

I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not? I did check our email logs and it was sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the submission emails ended up there.

You may like to speak to your email service provider to find out if they are blocking any emails from noreply@jotform.com. Please ask them to white list our domain names as well to ensure delivery of emails. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names which needs to be white listed: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Alternatively, you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add a Custom Sender Email in your account. The following guides should help you:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
