I've sent up a Thank You Page via the "Thank You Message" option (last option). I entered my personal Thank you data. However when any user submit our form they do not get a thank you letter at all. Nothing appears. For those that click submit and completing payment and for those who click submit without completing payment (although those are saved in the inbox). Please advise. Thanks

If the form has payment field e.g. Paypal, the thank you message appears after they have completed the payment over Paypal. They should be redirected back to your form thank you message after completing the payment.
Please take note that if the buyer pays using their PayPal account, they are automatically redirected back to your form after the payment. However, if the buyer pays with the credit card option, they are taken to the receipt page where PayPal gives them the chance to print out a receipt. After that, the buyer must click on the "Return to Merchant" link in order to return to to your form.
