    My forms are not showing number of received forms

    Can you please give us a bit more details such as all or only some forms and if you mean that you do not see any submissions made, while they were - you get an email about them for example?

    Go to nationalinsurancecenterenrollment.com

    Fill out a form and you will see what I mean....

     

    After you hit submit, you do not get a thank you page, and the form goes into the cloned form, showing "0" submissions although there are over 25 in there.

     

    I was told cloning would solve the issue?? This is going on about a week...come on guys HELP

    Going to the page you have given to us and going to contact us page afterwards, I was only able to see the Aweber forms.

    I did find links to jotforms here: http://www.nationalinsurancecenterenrollment.com/agents-only.html

    Could you please tell us which exact jotform is the issue?

    I presume that it is http://www.jotform.us/form/50184843432150 (Nice client application) based on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/504401-Thank-you-page-is-not-displaying

    If so, please try to clone this jotform: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50265132058953

    You can do that by following these steps: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL and do let us know how it goes.

    Ben I already cloned the form.....and it is still having issue ...in fact the forms are all going to the CLONED form and it still shows ZERO submissions.

     

    I still get no email confirmations that application was received and furthermore thank you screen still does not show up???

     

    HELP or Im going to cancel

    Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

    I went ahead and cloned your form to my account and then cloned it back to yours and was able to make a test submission in this new form without problems. You should be able to find it with the name: "Clone of Clone of NICE CLIENT APPLICATION"

    Could you please test this form on your side?

    Here is the issue I am having now and I need your help please!

     

    I need to combine all NICE Application forms into one and remove duplicates.

     

    What is the fastest way to do this?, I can download everything into excel and then remove duplicates but then I want to update my jot form database as it integrates with Zoho.

     

    You understand....?
