Why is there a limit on the number of submissions? What is it determined by? Is it a monthly limit, a total account limit, or calculated with some other method? - and is it fixed or can the limit be increased?
Thank you in advance,

Thank you for your message. For free accounts, the limit of 100 submissions is on a monthly basis, and it will be reset the following month.
You can extend this free limit when you upgrade to premium, you can find more information right here.

Just to add to what my colleague has stated, the submission count is divided among all of your forms. So, if you have 10 forms each having had 10 submissions in a given calendar month, your submission quota would have been exhausted for that month. Additionally, deleting submissions has no effect on the count.
There has been some confusion about this in the past and I thought it wise to clarify our policy.
