Form to allow PDF download

Does JotForm offer functionality or a plug in that allows users to fill out the form in order to gain access to a white paper download?

I'm not sure if I understand your concern correctly. Are you looking on letting your user to download a PDF file after they fill out a form? There are ways we can do this. You can follow the suggested workarounds below.

1. Using the Thank You page URL to redirect to a download link

2. Customizing the thank you message depending on what the user inputs.

Here I added a "Code" input field, I want to display a thank you message specific to if they have entered the correct code.

In the Conditions setup, choose "Change Thank You Message..."

Add rules and actions, you can customize the thank you message here and add the download link.

Please do take note that when you did not enter or incorrectly type the code you will be directed to the PDF link. If you have inputted the code correctly, you will be directed to the thank you message with the download link for the PDF.
