My name is Andrew Patterson and I am a physician who runs a medical clinic that relies heavily on monthly medical forms being completed. I have been using Adobe Forms Central. I have been looking at alternatives and really like Jotform. My username is PeakMensHealth. Yesterday, I went to http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/#prices and put in the URL of the forms I've been using and am very curious to see what the conversion looks like. I have a lot of skip logic etc built in.
If you have any questions regarding those forms, let me know.

I am glad to hear that you like our system Andrew and I would like to tell you that we are importing all forms using our tools, but as there is still a manual process involved to make sure that tools did a proper job. This takes a day or two to be finished, even though there are so many people transferring over.

I wanted to update you in regards to our latest improvements over our import tool (first one for Adobe forms if I may add).
The reason why I wanted to update you about it is because with the updates you can now transfer everything in a quick and simple manner. I will leave the blog title suggest how simple, but if you take a look at our blog, I believe that you will like what you see.
