Form over quota - 100 monthly Submission not reached

    Hi,

    I need to reset the counter of the form because I did not reach at all the 100 monthly submissions.

    Due to Google embed form I reached the 10 SSL submissions. I changed the site in order to cancel the SSL submission. But now the access to the form says:

     

    "

    Form over quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota."
     
     
     
     
     
    Please correct this so I can access the form.

    I see that your account has received more than the SSL submissions allowed and hence it displays over quota. I've reduced the count from 11 to 8 and activated your account allowing your JotForm to receive further submissions. 

    If you have already embedded the JotForm on your webpage, please re-embed the JotForm to your webpage after unchecking the Secure Form option from "Form Embed wizard".
