    Adding multiple fields for signatures

Asked by Ryan Smith  on January 28, 2015 at 01:47 PM

I was wondering when you use the e-signature, if we were able to add a field to add more signatures? ( i.e type first and last name then add signature) press add another signature( type first and last name then add signature) etc.etc

multiple fields signatures name multiple signatures

    Hi Ryan,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I highly recommend that you also create your JotForm account (for Free!) before proceeding. You can use this link http://www.jotform.com/signup to signup using your email account.

As to your inquiry, yes, can do add multiple e-signature on the same form.

Here is my sample jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50276114384957? you can check

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I have moved your question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/595168 where we will explain the logic that my colleague had used to create that form.

If you have any further questions in regards to this, please leave them on that other thread.

    Thank you.
