Forms created on free accounts are completely functional. Please  follow these steps to add the form in your webpage, you might try the script version if that doesn't work, then choose the iFrame Code version of the form.

    1. Click on the "Embed Form" button in the top toolbar

    2. Click the "Embed" button

    3. Copy the code provided

    4. Paste the code into your web page where you would like to display it. Usually somewhere in the body section of your webpage and within tags
