I forgot my password and I tried to reset it on the website but I have not received an email from you. Are you able to help me?

I have initiated a password reset for your account. Kindly check your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folder for the instructions. If you're still not receiving the email, please add these ip addresses to your mail server whitelist:
Afterwards, resend the password instructions by clicking the Forgot Password button in the sign in screen at the bottom of JotForm's homepage.
