After reviewing your account I am seeing that your subscription has been scheduled to be downgraded on 02-03-2015 at the end of your current subscription period.
At that time your account will be downgraded to our free plan.
Can you provide us with more details regarding not receiving emails? Are you referring to your form submissions, or an email notification for your downgrade?

I would like to downgrade my subscription immediately. I don't need Jotform from now on, so I don'y want to pay anymore.
So you say, my account will be downgraded to free plan, don't you?

Your subscription has been cancelled already so it means, you will not be charged anymore. Anyway, I've set back your account to Free Plan now.
