Could you please cancel my account?

    I don't want to use JotForm anymore and I don't receive any e-mail from you. Please close my account.

    Hi,

    I would like to downgrade my subscription immediately. I don't need Jotform from now on, so I don'y want to pay anymore.

    So you say, my account will be downgraded to free plan, don't you?

    Hi Melike,

    Your subscription has been cancelled already so it means, you will not be charged anymore. Anyway, I've set back your account to Free Plan now.
