You have currently exceeded the free SSL Submissions limit of the month. This is happening because you are using secure embed code, so every submissions are counted as SSL. Note that for free users, SSL Submissions limit is 10 per month. Check the pricing page for more details. http://www.jotform.com/pricing/
To enable it back, you have to subscribe to any of the available paid plans for a higher SSL Submissions limits. Or if you do not want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will happen every first day of the following month.
