how do i put a message box on my contact form

I am not computer literate!  I need to put a message box on my contact us form.  There is a button to add name, address, phone number, email, etc. but not a button to add the message.  How is this done to the form?

You can add the text area to your JotForm and change the label to Message.

You may change the number of columns and rows from the text area tool bar to adjust the size of the message box as per your requirement.
